• Job Details:As the 'brand guardian', I am entrusted with maintaining the brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and manage the portfolio of products, along with formulating the brands’ long-term strategy adapting it relatively for a company's target market. This involves coordination with the Marketing and Planning Director and the Supervising Marketing Team in the HQ in Dubai on products’ pricing, positioning, advertising and promotion strategies and allocating the budgets accordingly. Most importantly being accountable for delivering the brands’ perceived image, profit, volume and market share objectives.

Assistant Brand ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:The overall role was to create consumer demand for the 5 Brands (Guy Laroche, Mario Barutti Mantero, Suit Shop & Arafa Group Department Stores) and ensure the sustainability of that demand, along with formulating the brands’ long-term strategy in addition to developing and executing marketing plans. Working closely with the Brand manager on brands’ pricing, packaging, advertising and promotion strategies and allocating the budgets accordingly. Most importantly being accountable for delivering the brands’ profit, volume and market share objectives.

Senior Marketing ExecutiveFull Time

• Job Details:Originally entrusted with the role of the Marketing Executive, then got promoted to the senior position entrusted with the responsibility of the management of The Courtyard’s marketing and advertising activities. Managing the tactical planning, monitoring and controlling the Marketing Team to properly execute and deliver the active tasks. Mainly working under the supervision and direction of the Marketing Manager, supervising & coordinating a team of 4 executive (Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, Photographer & Graphic Designer).
