• Job Details:A TWO Weeks Internship at Petrojet which covers the following: • Attending manufacturing and assembly processes for the Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Towers at the company's workshops. • Attending the destructive, non-destructive testing, and heat treatment process for various parts. • Learning about different assembly techniques for static equipment like welding, grinding, and rolling. • Attending the Technical Office and learned about different drawing and assembly techniques used in static equipment drawing. • Learning about different Quality Control (QC) tests and product testing processes.

• Job Details:A ONE Week Internship at Arab Organization for Industrialization (Aircraft Factory) which covers the following: • Learning about the full manufacturing process of the Egyptian Advanced Training Aircraft (K8) / (K8-E) which covers: - The Full process for the manufacturing of the Aircraft Structure and Wings and the assembling process. - The Full Assembly for Hydraulic, Electrical Circuits as well as the Avionics. - The Assembly process for the (K8-E) Turbofan Engine besides its accessories. • Witnessing the Ground Testing Processes for the produced aircrafts. • Attending the full Non-Destructive Testing, Heat Treatment Process, and Composite Manufacturing for various aircraft parts as well as the Metrology Lab. • Learning about different CNC machines and models used at the authority and how they work like: Center Lathe, Cutting Wire Machine, Milling, and Water Jet.

• Job Details:A THREE Weeks Internship at (Cairo Electricity Production Company) which covers the following: • Learning about 2 Different Types of Power Stations operating in Egypt (Steam Power Plant and Combined Cycle Power Plant) and their Main Components. • Knowing about the Main Valves, Pumps, Compressors, Boilers, and Steam Turbines that Operate in each Power Plant and how they work in the Company Workshops. • Learning about Steam Power Plant Cycles and Combined Power Plant Cycle in Full Detail. • Learning about Gas Turbines and how they work in addition to their Cooling, Air, and Oil Cycles. • A Detailed Tour at Cairo North Combined Cycle Power Plant exploring (GE) and (Mitsubishi) Modules.
