• Job Details:Job Overview: The team leader acts as a coach and mentor to the team mentors and assistants. The team head provides support, direction, and assistance to his team and s/he is responsible for his team’s development. Duties and Responsibilities:  Commit to the mission, vision, and values of the academy  Responsible for the research and development of curriculums  Document seasons’ Activities for management review and institutional memory  Conduct meetings with his/her team members and one-to-one meetings as may be needed  Provide training and counseling to team members in coordination with the Academic Director  Responsible for the evaluation and performance review of the team members  Facilitate problem solving & collaboration  Write reports and provide feedback  Establish and maintains effective relationships with parents (current & previous clients)  Conduct random calls for parents for feedback  Handle complains and solve problems within his/her team  Attend any trainings or sessions as may be requested/coordinated  Perform any other duty as may be assigned Qualifications:  High school graduate, university undergraduate or graduate with a degree in any related field  Teaching diploma or certificate is preferred  Experience in education, teaching or instructing is an advantage  Fluency in English and Arabic; both written and spoken Competences:  Committed and responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young adults  Creative, passionate, quick thinking, driven by energy and enthusiasm – coupled with personal warmth and approachability  Ability to build and manage relationships with peers, senior managers and team members  Demonstrate ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment  Ability to work with multiple priorities at the same time  Create a positive environment through own passion and energy  Commitment to ethical professional practice  Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills  Ability to put in place systems and processes that are effective and efficient and produce quality, timely management information  Strong analytical and decision-making skills  Ability to think and plan ahead
