• Job Details:• Responsible for filling FI credit applications with relevant credit grading for the counterparty. • Analyzing the financial information to measure profitability, liquidity & solvency to identify the key areas of concern. • Performing financial analysis on credit proposals and monitor credit facilities structure, due diligence and supporting the documentation are in compliance with the bank's policy and CBE regulations. • Ensuring the utilization of the granted lines with the credit committee requirements. • Providing new requested limits/transactions in line with expectations of treasury and trade finance. • Performing a review of FI key risks and mitigation controls. • Facilitating financial institution requirements as requested by Treasury and Trade Finance. • Responsible for the issuance of new supplements and updating the book of authorized signatures. • Implementations of Master Risk Participation Agreement between group subsidiaries. • Support, maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective banks and financial institutions.
