- Job Details:Financial due diligence team mainly is responsible for both vendor due diligence or buy-side for merger and acquisition. By analyzing financial statements and interviewing management, we identify unusual trends to remove their effects over the profit and loss statement, net debt statement, and working capital statement as if such trends did not exist. Excluding non-recurring and non-operational gains and losses from such calculations, and by interviewing management along with monthly management accounts identify seasonality of the business –if any- and identify peaks and troughs for revenue and costs. In some cases we comment on current budget for the year-end by whether such budget is achievable or not and the reasons for such conclusion, and comparing Target with peers in market to know the efficiency in Target's performance compared to the market. Checking Target's contracts to know if there is any change in control or any estimation for liability resulted in changing the current structure and laws and regulations organizing such acts by searching to know what such industry requires.
