• Job Details:Responsible for LEONI Aston Martin BU Supply and Production Planning. - Lead the supply chain initiation & planning of LEONI-Aston Martin new projects and smooth their transfer from sample phases to running production. - Ensure smooth transfer among the projects by optimizing material consummation and maintain customer production. - Align projects’ progress with the Project Managers of Aston Martin BU. - Investigate FG and RM liabilities and claim customers.

• Job Details:• Receive and analyze customer forecasted demand against S&OP on weekly basis. • Issue 28 weeks production forecast for MRP runs respecting capacities. • Set a valid weekly production plan respecting the agreed MPS, lead time and freight plans. • Tightly control Plan value, inventory level and safety stocks in days. • Issue daily production priority plan according to daily customer calls. • Coordinate with logistics to prioritize Air & Sea freights to keep customer secured. • Handling any RM shortages with procurement team by prioritizing and plan adjustments. • Study the feasibility of the plant to meet customer new projects’ requirement • Communicate project progress with UK business unit. • Creates master data for new projects. • Investigate FG and RM liabilities and claim customer.
