• Job Details:▪ Direct all procedures of the production process during the shift according to the schedule of operation and make sure to follow the operating instructions, occupational safety and health related. ▪ Reviewing the technical and manufacturing specifications, procedures and instructions for the operation and processing of machinery and equipment. ▪ Deal with the Maintenance in case of breakdowns. ▪ Exchange of all operating requirements for the shift and distribute it to the production lines according to the operating orders. ▪ Direct the operation of the production line and take all necessary actions to distribute or re-distribute the labour and record the daily production statements. ▪ Direct machine tuning and adjustments that are related to the production process. ▪ Maintain product quality standards according to the quality department. ▪ Delivery of the final production to the warehouse, as well as all operating requirements that have not been used and defective production. ▪ Review the consumption of the issued raw materials and gases on daily basis. ▪ Reviewing and evaluating weekly KPI achievement and OEE on daily basis. ▪ Prepare a daily, weekly and Monthly report about the maintenance and productivity of the production line to be presented to the top management.
