• Job Details:receiving the car from the customer and noting the complaints, then go on a test drive with the customer to confirm the problem, however making a scan diagnosis on the car to give a full feed back of the car to the customer and make final job agreement to customer about the spare parts and what could be added and giving a time frame and coat for fixing the car after finishing the car I go on a test drive to make sure that every thing done and no sounds after work or something loose

• Job Details:To provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer Diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs. Provide updates as needed to the customer in order to meet performance objectives.

warranty engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer warranties for failure mode and responsibility, communicate trends and lead improvement teams. Process claims for payment and communicate data trends to the organization for continual improvement.
