1- Conduct a minimum of 15 registration interviews per day (70 individuals) in addition to renewal and add-on interviews. According to operational needs, staff member may be required to process additional cases.
2- Ensure the quality and the integrity of information recorded at registration level, including properly capturing the claim, updating all information, implementing registration/verification procedures and checking that ProGres data fields are filled in accordance with registration and protection standards.
3- Counsel persons of concern on protection, assistance provided and durable solutions and timely refer vulnerable cases to concerned Units.
4- Draft interview reports if required for complex registration issues and submit to supervisor for review.
5- Provide support for other registration related activities, including home visits, scheduling, reception, printing certificates, enrolling biometrics and filing documentation.
6- Conduct protection assessment when needed or during mobile missions.
7- I do believe I support well the registration team and the other Units with my profesionnal background and knowledge in the ICT. I would however like to improve my knowledge of ICT and programs and keep up myself up to date with the latest technology.
8- I provided support to other units such as data management and ICT taking advantage of my educational background and previous experiences. Thus, these skills were an asset to the protection unit and especially the detention team. I also extended my support to PI unit; participating in sharing the information among POCs and colleagues through publications, videos and other media channels.
9- I produced statistical analysis for case load referrals to community services unit based on referrals from other units and areas of work regarding medical, financial, educational and livelihood services. I also actively participated in focus group discussions within the community.
