• Job Details:- Working on SDH, OTN, 100G Ethernet, and DWDM networks testing. - Installation of Sync Nodes in mobile operator’s sites. - Working on Mobile Operator’s network testing. - Dealing with test and measurement devices, OTDRs, and Fiber Optic cables splicers. - Maintenance of Wifi networks (Gateways, fixed node, and Mobile Routers). - Responsibility for installation, setup, and configuration of the products to be sold by the sales team. - Responsibility for conducting professional product-oriented and/or technology-oriented training to the customers. - Responsibility for reception of the customer’s technical requests and repair cases (inquiries, problems, and claims) then handling these requests through the Vtiger CRM system tills the closure of the support ticket. - Responsibility for troubleshooting the faulty products and communicating with both the customers and the foreign suppliers to find out the fault cause and proper way to resolve it. - Providing the proper support to the sales team by conducting demo sessions, orientation sessions and technical advice to customers in coordination with the account and product managers. - Taking care of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the customers. - Attending local and abroad training, workshops and field trials.

• Job Details:- Installation and configuration of Airspan WiMAX network, and providing troubleshooting when needed. - Installation and configuration of Airspan LTE network. - Installation and configuration of Airspan, SAF, and Dolphin Wi-Fi links, and providing troubleshooting when needed. - Installation and configuration of SAF microwave links. - Configuration of various vender wireless switch and Access Point technologies. - Maintaining knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to insure maximum operating efficiency.
