• Job Details: Instrumental in introducing a new product line to the organization by initiating Metal, Glass and Signage division that results in elimination of outsourcing needs and achieve saving on the cost & time to the half.  Established shutter business in one third of the outsourcing cost, ensuring the stringent quality parameters to supply and install the polycarbonate shutters in the house and at a very low cost than the market.  Initiated the solid surface business to execute high end projects at 1/5 the cost of outsourcing and delivering within very tight time frames for the satisfaction of the client and the benefit of the company in total.  Successfully restructured the MEP department by developing the team from 10 to 17 members, including store keeper and logistics team and by building a new warehousing facility and initiating a small firefighting piping and ducting line of production.  Stellar in increasing the productivity of the Joinery section to the double within 2 years period by driving reorganization.  Successfully accomplished various projects on design and contracting services to the most enterprising and value driven companies in the world representing various well-known retail brands, food & beverages, office & banks, and residential like: o Costa, Starbucks, Virgin megastores, Marks & Spencer, Early learning centre, Accessorize, Ahli Bank, The body shop, BEBE, BHS, DUNE, Oculis, Argo Tea, IAM, Nayomi, RIVA and Magrabi optical o Patrice Salone, Boggi, ZARA, Mango, Punt O Roma, DKNY, Mikyajy, Guess, Aldo, IBQ, Vinci Camuto, The Kooples, BCBG, Ted Baker, center point, Maz center, spring Field, Super Dry, etc.
