• Job Details:Working at Petrochemical field especially in Ammonia industry (Fertilizers) can be really challenging for any Instrument Engineer as there are various types of units (Boiler, Reformer, Utility, Compressors, Generators, Dryers, pumps, Analyzer Shelters, …, etc.) all in same field with different types of process, methodology, control and management.  Leading a team of five instrument technicians.  Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM according to Maximo server report.  Trouble shooting of DCS system, SIS/ITCC, PLC and SCADA systems and fault diagnosis.  Maintenance and calibration and controlling different types of Instruments of transmitters (Rosemount), XV’s, flowmeters (Rosemount), valves (Fisher), flame Scanners (Coen), PH and conductivity analyzers, vibrations switches, flow sensors, temperature sensors and pressure switches.  Maintenance of the following types of instruments:  Different types & models of Smart & Foundation Fieldbus transmitters (Pressure, Flow [DP, Vortex & Magnetic], Temperature [RTD & Thermocouple] & Level [DP & Radar]) such as Rosemount, Endress & Hauser …etc.  Different models of Smart & Foundation Fieldbus motorized & control valves such as Fisher, Rotork …etc.  Different models of On/Off valves such as Rotork.  Different models of Gauges (Pressure, Temperature & Level) such as Ashcroft.  Vibration & Speed Sensors.
