• Job Details:▪ Main Project ❖ Gerza SS 220/22/11 KV Transformer substation ▪ Ensure monitoring and follow up with internal departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure fulfillment of agreed milestones. ▪ Conduct FAT with the client ▪ Prepare claims to the owner if any and Study all claims, and Variation Orders submitted by the Contractors ▪ prepare Risk assessment for all the project activities ▪ Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships as well as inside the team to assure the completion of project life cycle ▪ Study the offered bids and quotations of subcontractors. ▪ Coordinate with project site personnel for all issues (e.g. providing of approved drawings, technical documents, administration matters etc.) ▪ Holding regular meetings with project team and keeping the project team well informed of changes within the organization ▪ Review customer returned comments and provide direction. Review major buyout vendor drawings for compliance with project requirements ▪ Monitor compliance with project time schedules. ▪ Compile project progress reports.

• Job Details:▪ Main Project  10th of Ramadan 500/220/22KV Transformer substation . ▪ Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships as well as inside the team to assure the completion of project life cycle ▪ Study the offered bids and quotations of subcontractors. ▪ Plan Time schedule and allocate resources for the whole project with the help of MS project, SAP software ▪ Managing project budget and analyzing project profitability, revenueand measure different margins. ▪ prepare Risk assessment for all the project activities ▪ Ensure monitoring and follow up with internal departments, suppliers and contractors to ensure fulfillment of agreed milestones. ▪ Coordinate with project site personnel for all issues (e.g. providing of approved drawings, technical documents, administration matters etc.) ▪ Holding regular meetings with project team and keeping the project team well informed of changes within the organization ▪ Review customer returned comments and provide direction.
