• Job Details:-Successfully managed to implement QuickBooks online as an accounting system for the company from scratch. -Designed a Chart of accounts & segmentation chart that meets reporting requirements and standard accounting rules. -Figured out workarounds for QuickBooks online to be able to track unsupported functions as payroll & withholding tax recording that is not supported by the system in Egypt. -Designed and bookkeeping process to ensure time efficiency and to track expenses and income to the line item level to be able to report every detail. -Implemented a bookkeeping process in ClickUp with automation to ensure proper recording & supervision over the transactions. -Successfully created a digital archive for all accounting & finance transactions using google drive. -Prepared reports for International & National Clients as OXFAM - Drossos - Hivos - ITIDA. -Supported in creating Financial models for potential investors.
