Achievements

II started to work for the civil society when I was 21 in those 6 years I gained 12 years of experience as I worked in dual jobs in order to learn as much as I can about civil society through different job roles, fields of projects and NGO's. I had established five years project funded by the German ministry of International cooperation (BMZ) while I was working in Friedrich Naumann Foundation, through that project I did all the monitoring and evaluation input needed, managing the budget efficiently despite all the economic challenges. While I was working for the Egyptian Women's Union I learned and implanted project management tools and techniques that lead to develop the projects of the newly born NGO to be one of the leading feminist NGO's in Egypt after 2 years form the foundation date.
