Dealing with shipping lines, Freight Forwarders, clearance agent&trucking;
contractors...etc.
Booking land and sea freights scheduling loading shipping dates.
Responsible of shipments clearance with the clearing agents.
Prepare and update daily/weekly/ monthly logistics, schedule to assure deliveries to
Warehouse on time
Keeping track of shipments, LC, Documentations & Negotiation, tc.
Handlingthe customs producers.
Prepares necessary documentation for shipping according to FCL – LCL.
Follow the shipments status and provides TD & TA updates to Sales & W/H team a
weekly basis.
Manage in arrangements for sending the original set of documents to the clearance
customers in a timely manner, enabling them to clear the consignment with no delay.
Prepares all shipping, xport/Import Documents.
Complying with all audit requirements related to logistic part including familiarizing
the agreed policies and procedures
Qualifies shipping lines, forwarders and the Clearing Agents by evaluating the quality
of service and prices
Resolving orders discrepancies&all; issues related export & import licenses,
certificates & doc’srelated to shipping processes.
Coordinate& Cooperation with procurement team to contacting the suppliers for any
claims.
Coordinate& Cooperation with Finance team to contacting the insurance companies
for any claims.
Follow up with all concerned departments, submitting all required documents be
sure that claims processed on right track as per internal company policy.
Work closely with finance team &submitting; all required documents be sure that
payments has released on time.
Maintains accurate records for all shipments/orders and prepares all required
reports related to logistics activity

• Represents the company in municipality, civil defines, All ministries, Immigration &Labour; Department for processing and obtaining related documents as per rules and regulations; labour approval, exit permit, employment visa, labour card, labour contract, residence visa, etc.
• To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including visit visas, business, employment or residence visas, labour permits, export license, economic license, etc
• Process documents such as trade License, attestation of rent contract and other government offices such as Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Traffic Department etc.
• Responsible for work on finger prints, inspection of locations for renewal of company registrations with civil defines.
• Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies.
• Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
• Ensure all visas, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
• Assist the employees in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
• Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labour changes.
• Process renewal of computer number, renewal of ID of government affair officer, processing new ID, lending of personnel, process papers of person six month outside the country.
• To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
• Responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with local and national government offices in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently.
• Monitor and update to all ministerial orders and instructions, and relevant legislation, reporting and interpreting to Management and concerned Departments.
• Coordinate for verbal and written translations for the various documentation requirements. (Arabic to English / English to Arabic).
• Assist HR, Legal & Admin departments for other related documents for employees and companies.
