• Job Details:• Manage and responsible for the Telecommunication Systems i.e. Fiber Optics and UTP Network • Manage, Monitor and control Telecommunication system design, implementation, equipments installation, Testing and commissioning. • Manage and control interface related matters in the overall systems. • Preparation of BOQ’s after the site surveys and quotations. • Design the fiber infrastructure (ISP & OSP) according to the documents/drawings provided by the client • Prepare the tender documents and drawings for the submission • Do the co-ordination with Manufacturer's / suppliers for the pricing of the materials • Support the sales team & project team • Attend the site co-ordination meeting with consultant and main contractors • Co-ordinate with field installation team for installation, testing & commissioning of structured cabling system as per the manufacturer's standards • Ensure Telecommunication system in conformance with project requirements. • Conduct frequent site visits to ensure and monitor work progress. • Monitor and Ensure Contractor and Engineer performance and activities related to the Telecommunication system. • Supervise and utilize of resources and staff, workload allocation and personnel career development. • Provide Telecommunication progress status and issues and prepare reports to concern supervisor. • Control and track project change activities with respect schedule, scope and budget. • Coordinate with various teams to ensure that all work is timely coordinated. • Supervision of project activities on day to day basis and follow up on action items. • Coordinate work with Functional Departments and leaders. • Keep project team informed of project and corporate events, meetings, preparation of detailed analytic and regular reports. • Maintain and make available communications information for the project teams. • Work closely with the project team to align various project work streams
