Develop and enhance organization's performance management system to ensure employee performance is aligned with business goals. 2. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Change Management: 1. Coordinate with CPO to apply organizational change initiatives, including identifying risks and opportunities, developing communication plans, and ensuring successful implementation. 2. Work with CPO on the change management agenda to support leaders in driving positive transformation across the business. Culture and Employee Engagement: 1. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. Learning and Development: 1. Design and implement learning and development programs that meet the organization’s current and future needs. 2. Foster a learning culture that promotes continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. 3. Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to ensure OD and talent management strategies support the overall business strategy.

- Job Details:1-Talent Acquisition -Handle all the recruitment process across the Group, screening of C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial HR interviews and prepare short lists for the accepted ones. -Select the most appropriate and cost efficient recruitment method and coordinate with different recruitment agencies in fulfilling the Company’s man power demands if needed. -Monitor new title creation requests. -Update hiring managers with vacancy status regularly during the recruitment and selection process. -Conduct behavioral assessment through competency-based interviewing techniques and tests. -Determine new hired employees salary according to the grading and leveling structure and accordingly prepare different job offers for candidates. -Conduct job Offer Negotiations and prepare and send offer letters to Junior Level candidates. -Manage expatriates’ staffing cycles including paperwork finalization, onboarding, requests and exit. -Implementing the Orientation program of the Company and ensure that newly hired employees are updated and fully aware of the Group’s HR policies and procedures. -Follow up with the Line Managers regarding the performance of new hired employees during the three months' probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones. - Conducting exit interviews, prepares exit reports and communicating it to the HR Director in order to take necessary actions towards high turnover rates. 2. Training & Development -Assist in preparing training plan; collecting training needs assessments for each department, calculate the training budget and design the annual training plan for all sites after final approvals. - Follow up the implementation of the annual training plan monthly and prepare quarterly report of the training achievements and the justification for non- conducted training & signed from HR manager. -Contact with external training providers to deliver effective developmental activities. -Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses and their impact on raising the level of performance in the company, and studying the results to reach methods that lead to raising the efficiency and quality of training. -Completing all training forms (commitment, pre & post trainee evaluation, and training evaluation). -Conduct Induction Training & ensure that all new hires attended the mandatory training on within the time frame. 3. Organization Development -Supporting in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes. -Participate in collecting annual manpower plan to identify future hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications for new jobs. -Ensure that all employees signed their job description hiring date & ensure that all job descriptions have been updated according to any changes or transfer requests. -Develop each Position KPIs & objectives. - Assist in Design career path program and develop a succession plan. - Transfer the know-how of appraising performance to first-line and middle management. - Assist in the performance appraisal system on annual basis, Determine the training needs across the Group according to the results of the evaluation of the performance and the requirements of career development. -Coordinate some projects and Services that had been done in the Group by IMC such as (Lean Manufacturing project, TNA, Business Plan, Risk Assessment, etc..) -Perform analysis of HR data and reports and develop recommendations and improvement plans. -Participate and attend the external audits from other customers and internal ones between the group Departments. - Assist in development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures. -Implement employees’ satisfaction surveys. -Prepare monthly/ periodically requested reports, comparative and analytical reports. -Participate and attend the external audits such as (ISO9001, ISO2200, INTERTEK, SEDEX) from other customers and internal ones between the group Departments.
