• Job Details:•Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair service for CNC Machines (DMG MORI CMX50-U , M1, CLX350 , MILLTAP700 - OKUMA L300 -FIRST MCV300 - GT26 Swiss Tornos) •Prepare maintenance plans for machines and follow up on implementation •Take all necessary actions to avoid machine troubleshooting. •Create quick plans to fix any sudden malfunction in the machine ensuring that damage will not be repeated. •Manage stocks of spare parts and equipment and prepare necessary spare parts for immediate use. •Ensure that the maintenance plan and maintenance expenses are within the approved budget. •Write maintenance reports. •Perform regular preventive maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment. •Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with CNC machines, using a variety of tools and techniques. •Perform repairs and replace parts as necessary. •Monitor the performance of the machines and make recommendations for improvements. •Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs. •Work closely with other maintenance engineers and production personnel to ensure smooth operation of the factory •Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
