• Job Details:1-Food/Cement/asphalt industries:- -Design and implement electrical panel using AutoCAD. -Programming plc. for all batching process. - Programming scada as the operator can monitor/control/diagnosis alarming /execute and print reports. 2-Packaking machines/ cut to length machines:- - Design and implement electrical panel and wiring all sensors and actuators of the machine - Programming plc. -Programming HMI as the operator can control cut length and speed of the machine - In this kind of machines, I deal with A.C inverters /Stepper motors/Servo motors 3-Robots in injections machines - Design the robotic electrical movement by select suitable pistons and servo motors - Programming plc. - Programming HMI - Design robotic electrical panel and design safety considerations between robotic and machine 4-Brick machines:- - Design and implement electrical panel and wiring all sensors and actuators of the machine - Programming plc. -Programming HMI as the operator can operator and control and get machine history alarms.
