Created and refined control philosophies for the MFE110 electrolyser by developing control logic drawings, shutdown strategies, and compiling alarm and set point lists. GMP Scientist (Downstream)

• Job Details:Manufacturing of clinical and commercial biologics products in accordance with EU GMP / FDA regulations and batch manufacturing records. Operation and maintenance of 50L disposable fermenters, including the Cytiva 50L XDR, complemented by in-depth knowledge in tangential filtration, depth filtration, and chromatography systems. Creation of process deviation reports, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, and data sheets against batch manufacturing records as part of the safety and quality control matrix.
