• Job Details:Monitor and analyze card transactions in real-time using Mastercard XCS and FM systems to identify potentially fraudulent activities. Develop and implement strategies to combat card fraud. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on card fraud monitoring procedures and best practices.

Application Fraud Analyst

• Job Details:Receive the suspicious applications from the assessment/credit risk for further investigation by using the sampling criteria for retail. Save the business from fraud risk and exposure to losses. Provide consistent feedback away identified policy gap. Analyze accounts and data to identify suspected fraud activity. Write the RCA including document findings and recommendations and prepare internal fraud loss data reports.
