Study and review the reports of soil test and mixtures, design of reinforcing civil works for approval by us. Study, review and discuss the implementation of the project and propose appropriate amendments and take all steps to ensure the functioning according to the program schedule. Procedures and systems and quality control samples, including lists of inspection and audit. Study and approve quality control plans and procedures for contractors, safety security and environmental protection.
