• Job Details:• Responsible for import raw material for washing machine and TV production line • Receiving pre alert to checking vessels updated ETA and sharing to all departments • Sharing guarantee letter forecast for T/R shipments • Sharing forecast for the duties will paid to feeding CPS in weekly base • Contact shipping line to get THC invoice, DMG applied free time and following to solve any issue happened during CC process • Preparing all needed Docs for customs and following ACID confirmation to start CC process • Preparing all needed Docs for issuing form 4 and following submission and collection • Following with SCCT team to Secure discharging CNTRS and move to inspection yard in PSDE port and the same with DP world in Sokhna port • Following with CC team to solve any faced problem in customs house to make sure duty Payment before shipment arrival • Receiving delivery plan from Material planning team then preparing storage payment to secure the request delivery date • Collecting all CC Docs to submit to accounting team to receive the shipment on system • Preparing reports to following with shipping lines to arrange outstanding payments

• Job Details:• Manage the entire process of the customs clearance from submitting the clearing documents to the Saudi customs passing by providing the customs requests till the transportation process and return the empty containers to the shipping line . • Acting as a link between all clearance ends via what's app, phone, and official mails . • Provide a complete vision to the clients regarding their current shipments status and illustrate any concern. Beside with providing all requested data or official documents from the customs to the clients . • Following up with all company departments and solve any issue occurred for any client . • Determine the Estimated costs for each process of clearance and arrange with the clients for payment process also handles the old required balance from the clients to the company, Customs or the shipping line . • Deal with the new company clients and set their contract terms including all process and costs .
