• Job Details:Using SAP to disburse replacement parts, training internships students, recording attendance of technicians to adjust the day's workload, informing service technicians with their workload and supervising them, handling diagnoses and preliminary diagnoses on vehicles using corresponding diagnosis tools and aids, documenting diagnosis methods and processes, providing the service technicians with an accurate description of the reasons for returning the vehicle to them and assisting/guiding them to solve the problem, ensuring that any parts that need replacement are available in stock, handling concluding function and quality checks to ensure the sustainability of the repair, checking inventory of unrepaired cars and reason for unrepair.
