• Job Details:Significant Highlights: Responsibilities: * Responsible for implementation of Innovation for Development Projects involving: o Developing Annual Workplans for the projects. o Coordinating with staff members of programme partners from Government, NGOs and Private Sector. o Creating Terms of references for contractors and consultants. o Foresee and manage change, improvements and adjustments on projects. o Running collaborative experiments to leverage social innovation for development. * Engaging with national and international stakeholders and policy makers to promote innovation and social entrepreneurship. * Leveraging the Innovation and Social entrepreneurship ecosystem through the support of the next generation of leaders, change-makers and social innovators. * Engaging with the private and public sector to promote the SDG’s. * Providing technical assistance to CO management and Programme teams on Innovation, Technology trends and youth engagement. * Providing technical support to UNTIL – UN Technology Innovation lab - in Egypt. * Providing technical guidance to public and private sector and Youth in the areas of Design Thinking, impact evaluation, solution models and Digital Transformation and building the partners institutional capacity. * Accountable for Preparation and finalization of concept notes and project proposals, Baseline and end-line evaluation of projects. * Monitoring and evaluating the organizations work/ projects and contributing by delivering ideas. * Handling various activities pertaining to Project management like Project planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring, Fund Management, Resource Management, Crisis, and event management. * Maintaining overall coordination and supervision of the project components and staff under the project and keep the team informed of any relevant development in the programmes. * Coach, mentor, motivate and lead teams and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities:  Responsible for making operational reports, case studies, meeting minutes, preparing micro plans, undertaking specific social research, and making research reports.  Instrumental in monitoring, evaluating and reporting: regularly monitored program progress by collecting and analysing data from the point of intervention and facilitate action for improvement.  Proven ability in ensuring strategic direction of project operations, developing the vision, strategy, and goals of programme, efficient support to tasks related to advocacy, planning and programming, resources mobilization, quality control, monitoring and evaluation.  Displayed credentials in initiating and managing the projects including financial aspects, undertaking research work and networking with different stakeholders like businesses, bilateral agency, consultancy organisation, community, NGOs, and Government Organizations / Agencies.
