• Job Details:Orchestrated a $2.3m service portfolio redefinition for a medtech client, overseeing data transformation and hardware/software integration using attribute-based modeling principles. This effort paved the way for a $15m second-phase engagement focused on process and solution design. Spearheaded the design and delivery of a data transformation layer for a high-tech client as cross work-stream lead, converting current-state data into SAP-compatible formats and establishing backend data tables to support future PLM migration. Led process and workflow design and user story configuration for engineering parts, BOM, and CAD integration during a Siemens Teamcenter implementation for a medtech client, ensuring seamless operational alignment. Led a 6-week training program on product family architecture principles for a construction client, enabling the adoption of XaaS models and digital thread implementation. This training culminated in securing a $4m engagement. Conducted a fit-gap assessment for an aerospace & defense client’s proprietary PLM tool, identifying capability gaps and quick-win opportunities to enhance end-to-end connectivity in product lifecycle management. Led the data analytics and transformation workstream for a pilot project with a leading construction client, redefining their product portfolio through a data-driven approach that optimized both business and technology requirements.
