• Job Details:• Analyze the customer spending behavior and recommend the potential partnerships • Analyze the program weekly numbers and MOM insights • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels • Enrollment of new merchants on the Alexbank rewarding network • Managing the EOM financial settlements with each partner • Creating test scenarios for the new App releases • Planning & implementing marketing activities across all online & offline channels • Writing new marketing material, website content, social media content & weekly upsell SMSs • Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity. • Managing the program reports and dashboard • Liaising with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
