• Job Details:Formulating and implementing employee regulations, policies and instructions and ensuring the commitment of new employees. Ensuring the renewal or termination of employment contracts on time. Processing financial claims for social insurance and the labor office on time. Supervising monthly attendance and departure transactions for all sectors on time and preparing reports and recommending the necessary measures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Preparing draft decisions on rewards, penalties and overtime in light of the applicable regulations and instructions and management directives. Reviewing and approving salaries weekly and monthly with the competent employee and supervising termination procedures and reviewing financial settlements. Following up on lawsuits filed by or against the company and presenting them to management. Keeping files of lawsuits filed by or against the company. Collecting and classifying laws and regulations related to work and workers and other laws to ensure that the company applies and complies with the laws. Conducting the necessary legal investigations and taking the necessary measures, recommendations or decisions in accordance with the labor law and the organization's policy and regulations. Communicating with various government agencies and maintaining a fruitful relationship with them and dealing with external parties (regulatory bodies and external consultants) as assigned and when needed; keeping abreast of legislative changes. Managing all contract operations and following up on contract validity periods to determine commitment dates or renewal when needed. Developing and updating contracts related to additional services or deleting any of the services agreed upon in the original contracts. Providing advice, developing, reviewing and negotiating all contractual dealings with internal and external clients and business partners. Representing the company before various government agencies, especially the general investment authority, the ministry of internal trade, labor and social insurance offices, chambers of commerce, and amend companies, add and delete branches.
