• Job Details: Building up the budget figures supported by the marketing plan of the year.  Translating brand strategy into consumer marketing plan.  Analyzing marketing activities performance and evaluate the ROI.  Analyzing market trends and competition activities to support category decision.  Managing a team of 100 employees.  Performing first level supervisory duties, which includes initiating personnel actions, preparing performance appraisals, recommending hiring & disciplinary actions, directing specific task and job assignments.  Managing a large portfolio of products and developing appropriate strategies for each category or product.  Developing category management strategies and retail solution to enhance sales and educate consumers.  Developing a strong workflow process with demo team to work transversally and efficiently.
