• Job Details:Receiving and reviewing all purchase requests from the authority's employees to determine the best purchasing methods. Identification and sorting of suppliers to prepare a list of suppliers according to needs and requirements. Conducting a technical analysis of the suppliers' offers to ensure their compliance with the standards and requirements of the Authority. Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to inform them of the status of price negotiations. Manage account balances to discover existing debts and document financial transactions. Gather all information needed to calculate bills due from customers. Verify data entry into the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the final invoice. Issuing invoices and invoices and sending them to clients. Issuing customer account statements periodically. Receipt of payments and verification of authentication. Send reminders for payments and contact customers and inform them. Update accounting documents and records with payments, new balances and all information related to customers. Assisting customers by handling billing complaints.
