• Job Details:- Facility inspection - Checking electrical units - Hiring other maintenance and Utilities (Generators, Diesels, Compressors, ETC) - Ordering parts and equipment - Recording daily maintenance activity - Delegating work responsibilities - Contacting service providers and contractors - Preparing work schedules and preventive maintenance plans - Direct and manage the plant maintenance staff, programs and processes, in order to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery - Built collaborative rapport with Engineers and Technicians to effectively conduct systems and troubleshooting. - Expertly leads and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems, for efficiency adequacy and quality. - Preparation of Maintenance procedures for test and commissioning. - Making sure all projects are executed as planned. - Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost. - Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients. - Responsibility of all civil work with the facility and expansions. - Responsibility of implementation of all new projects - Ability to develop present machines and find solutions - making maintenance yearly budget
