• Job Details:- Receive and review all payments and received checks. - Handling bank reconciliations for all Residential accounts. - Posts customer payments by recording cash, transfers and checks. - Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances. - Apply Interest calculations and discount to late and early payments. - Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department - Handling collection sheet with accurate data - Work closely with the bank representative regarding postdated and current checks. - Issue recall letters, and record all bounced checks to the system. - Posts customer payments by recording cash, transfers and checks.
