Also worked on all sections of Financial Due Diligence reports (Quality of earnings, Net debt, Working capital, Business & market overview, Management & Employees, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Sales, Cost of sales) Assingments included performing financial due diligence on Kandil Steel, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Delta Pharmaceuticals, Gama for Contracting, Tecno Scan, Enjoy, Link dot Net, IDA Pharmaceuticals, El Maleka for pasta manufacturing and Beltone Financial Holding. Clients included Citadel Capital, East Gate Capital, NBK Capital, Shuaa Capital, Vodafone, Savola, AB Care and others. • Commercial Due Diligence: Worked on commercial due diligence assignments for proposed acquisitions, role included identifying key commercial aspects of target companies in terms of competition, customer analysis, market prices in addition to assessing the achievability of management’s projected revenue figures.
