• Job Details:The opportunity to work within two different competencies: 1- Valuations & Feasibility studies Worked on valuation & feasibility study assignments for different clients using different valuation approaches (Income approach & market approach). Role was mainly related to building financial models, comparable company analysis, multiples calculation, WACC calculation, in addition to final report writing. Assignments included valuation of EMISAL (Egyptian Company for Minerals & Salts) using the DCF and market approaches, valuation of 18 Companies (Part of the National Bank of Egypt investment portfolio) using the market approach, and valuation of Stella di Mare hotel in Sharm el Sheikh using the DCF approach. 2- Financial & Commercial Due Diligence • Financial Due Diligence: Worked on delivering Financial Due Diligence reports for private equity houses and corporate buyers, advising them on all financial and commercial aspects related to their proposed acquisition of target companies in different industries. Role was mainly related to analyzing financial statements of target companies up for sale, assisting in understanding the overall financial performance of the company using different financial ratios and through rigorously analyzing key accounts to help understand business trends and company performance. Also worked on all sections of Financial Due Diligence reports (Quality of earnings, Net debt, Working capital, Business & market overview, Management & Employees, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Sales, Cost of sales) Assingments included performing financial due diligence on Kandil Steel, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Delta Pharmaceuticals, Gama for Contracting, Tecno Scan, Enjoy, Link dot Net, IDA Pharmaceuticals, El Maleka for pasta manufacturing and Beltone Financial Holding. Clients included Citadel Capital, East Gate Capital, NBK Capital, Shuaa Capital, Vodafone, Savola, AB Care and others. • Commercial Due Diligence: Worked on commercial due diligence assignments for proposed acquisitions, role included identifying key commercial aspects of target companies in terms of competition, customer analysis, market prices in addition to assessing the achievability of management’s projected revenue figures. Assignments included performing commercial due diligence on Good News 4 Me and Olympic group.
