• Job Details:Job description:  Design concrete mixes according to client requirement such as (normal concrete, Ultra high strength concrete, heavy and light weight Concrete, high performance concrete) as project specification.  Training new technician with the latest methods of testing and following up the new in the field.  Using different types of chemicals and additives to seek the demanded strength. Page 1 Curriculum Vitae  Following up and supervising the periodic tests of fine and coarse and fine aggregates for concrete ( Sieve analysis - Abrasion test by Los Angles method - soundness - Specific Gravity - Fragmentation and absorption - clay lumps etc ..)  Running all fresh concrete tests to secure the ultimate quality for produced concrete.  Supervising all fresh concrete tests and doing any necessary changes required during production process.  Selection and identification of sources of supply (quarries and crushers) according to defined quality standards.  Participate in the preparation of the project QC Procedures, inspection and test plans according to the project Quality Plan.  Check and forward the Daily Inspection Request to the client after carrying out the internal inspection.  Co-ordinate with the client's inspection team for final & approved inspections. Coordinate with the Site/Section Engineers to arrange daily inspection program.  Prepare daily QC Inspection Report, and issue all related reports and procedures according to ISO 9001.  Liaise with owner QC/QA staff of subcontractors.  Issue NCRs to subcontractors.  Inspection for any repair work in site.  Issue transmittals and submittals for any work related to materials tests.  Supervise the Batch plants of suppliers.  Follow-up conformity certificate, calibration certificates and plant calibration certificates from other agency.  Deal with the customer complaints on a day-to-day basis.  In charge of preparing mix designs and conducting trial mixes.  Review mix design approved by QA/QC Technical Manager and report any comment(s) before implementation of actual trial mix.  Review running mix designs in compliance with client requirements in terms of strength, durability, permeability, workability.  Report to QA/QC Technical Manager Trial mix results for new source of materials or any compliance trials.  Supervise monthly internal calibration and uniformity test for each batching plant unit.  Ensure qualification of staff and provide necessary training or support. Page 2 Curriculum Vitae  Supervise the lab/site, checkpoint technicians, unskilled labors and provide performance appraisal to the QA/QC.  Site troubleshooting and perform any work that may be assigned by QA/QC Technical Manager.

Job description: • Drawings review. • Prepare monthly payment for the subcontractors. • Execute plant and reinforced concrete works (forming-RFT-molding) for footings, columns, solid slabs and flat slabs elements. • Execute Interior and exterior finish works (masonry-plaster-flooring-Paint-building cladding) • Execute public works (drain web) • Quantity survey for executed elements
