•Researches, updates and assists in the negotiation of transportation rates and services. Coordinates with key markets, Logistics, Freight Forwarders, and warehouses.
•Keep Accurate Records of Monthly and Annual Sales Figures on a Computer Database
•Provide Forecasts to Planning Department
•Arranges Important Promotional Events Such as Trade Fairs, Which are Attended by Potential Clients
•Works in Conjunction with the Marketing Department, Conducting Research to Identify the Best Regions in Which to Market Key Products
•Issue All Kinds of Export Documents
•Arrange Shipments and Release Invoices, and Assist on receiving all the Data with Regards to the LC. from the Sales / CS. Department and Preparing the Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading instructions for Bank Submissions
•Manages cash advance accounts. Works with Accounting, Warehouse, and Distributors.
•Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
•Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions
•Assist in conducting internal audits and train internal auditors
•Converse with registrar and work closely with registrar audits as required
•Participate in root cause analysis and identify corrective actions
•Provide technical, management, and marketing assistance when necessary
•Coordinate with sales, production, and IT department for streamlining documentation process
•Handle /Prepare Shipping Documents and Labels
•Assist in Arrangements for sending the Original set of Documents to the Customers (directly / bank) in a Timely Manner, enabling them to Clear the Consignment with no delay
•Follow up with Shipping Companies and Courier Express Companies Concerning the delivery date of the documents
•Making the Production Requests after Coordinating with the Production Department and Follow up the Production lines to Arranging Shipments on Time
•Responsible for the entire Evaporation Process in Coordination with the Agricultural Quarantine and Fumigation Company to bring the Committee of Evaporation and Issuing Fumigation Certificates for the Exported Shipments.
