• Job Details:Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administration and maintenance of all content including testing and troubleshooting and working with the vendor to resolve issues. Perform user registration, course/test completions, standard reporting, and maintenance of learner records. Administration of eLearning courses including creating and managing courses, user reporting, user setup and maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Able to provide help desk support for users both internally and externally both through e-mail and via telephone. Provide training for the employees in using the sys. Product Management Support e Learning events and associated CEU products to meet funders goals while ensuring the highest level of users support and satisfaction is exceeded. Collaborate internally with all the internal and external users. Serve as an important liaison with the all Information Technology team. Manage customer support. Create surveys, user manuals, FAQ documentation, policies, guides, and other related materials. Manage the roles, securities, and permissions within the LMS.

IT Training ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations Manage IT team by, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance Assess IT infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands Manage daily IT operations Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Follow up on the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department Manage user's data and track licenses and technical programs expiration date. Follow up on all IT maintenance requests
