• Job Details:- Handle all drive folders. - Request branding and communications materials from brands pre showroom. - Upload line sheets on Showroom Manager. - Handle brands' requests pre-showroom. - Keep records of all contracts between brands and retailers. - Ensures that the reports generated by the showroom manager match order confirmation records. - Upload final orders on Showroom Manager. - Ensure that all sales reports are transferred into Maison Pyramide sales report format. - Keep records of all sales reports and update the sales records sheet. - Ensure all invoices, order confirmation and purchasing orders are well organized. - Manage records of all delivery instructions with the logistics team and communicate them with brands accordingly. - Manage delivery updates with the logistics team and update the records accordingly. - Communicate recommended retail prices with all retailers and ensure that they are being used as communicated. - Create a packing list and all required documents for shipping. - Follow up on deliveries with clients.
