• Job Details: Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Promote sales of properties through advertisements. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals. Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated. Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.

Deputy general managerFull Time

• Job Details:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Performing sales activities and negotiating sales price and discounts in consultation with GM and chairmen. Recruitment and hiring staff. Managing personnel and developing sales. Responding and resolving internal and external grievances. Assigning tasks. Leading meetings. Contract negotiations. Keeping computer records up to date. Filing. Answering the telephone calls. Finding new partners for cooperation. Monitoring operating budgets, cash flow, and preparations of profitability reports. Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates. Oversee distribution of all marketing and publicity materials. Reporting to the general manager and chairmen.

Guest Relation OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:Providing a high level of support and information to guests at the Hotels front desk. Meeting and greeting all guests upon arrival and departure. Escorting VIP guests to their allocated room and explain the facilities and room features. Maintaining regular contacts with the guests. Obtaining guest feedback on their stay in the hotel. If complaints, taking immediate actions to remedy solutions. Recording daily activities and complaints in the guest relations logbook and informing the respective department heads for immediate actions. Working closely with the Food and Beverages team specially Room Service Team. Inspecting room status and amenities in good order prior to guests arrival. Giving courtesy calls. Promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities and aware of banquet events, hotel facilities, F&B outlets, special promotions for the purpose of assisting guests and offering accurate information. Handling guest complaints immediately and follow up thoroughly. Preparing and coordinating the distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters and fruit setups for VIPs.
