Senior Commercial EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:I have worked successfully with HAC in three different multi-billion projects. • Managed a team of 5 quantity surveyors responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying on a variety of commercial, residential and hospitality complex construction projects with a value over 7 billion EGP. • Hands-on experience in Tender Department for a period of time. • Provided cost estimates and advice to clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their projects. • Prepared and followed up valuations for Client Invoices and successfully negotiated Variation Orders with a value over 500 million EGP. • Prepared Subcontractor Invoices and successfully negotiated with contractors and suppliers to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget, with a 98% on-time delivery rate. • Resolved project issues and disputes to a high level of client satisfaction. • Developed and implemented cost-saving strategies that resulted in significant savings for the company, totaling 10 million EGP over the past 3 years.
