Senior Compliance OfficerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Draft and review tailored risk assessments analyzing & identifying legal compliance risks based on preset logic supported by individual research. 2- Provide timely and clear support to our clients by replying to questions and inquiries related to the risk assessments and general operations and platform issues. 3- Conduct legal research related to the services provided by the company. 4- Discuss and update the logic to ensure conformity with latest international regulations. 5- Supports and advice the sales and CS teams on legal and operations matters raised by clients. 6- Stay informed about new laws, regulations, and industry best practices to anticipate and adapt to changing compliance requirements. 7- Regularly update procedures and data bank to facilitate the operations processes. 8- Manage the WorkFlex platform by following each request status and monitoring approvals, rejections, uploading required documents for every request and ensure the implications of the established workflows. 9- Work across a variety of tools efficiently and in a timely manner. 10- Manage time and ability to work under pressure and adapt constantly due to the unique nature of the services provided by the company and the constantly changing procedures and practices consistent with the company’s startup nature. 11- Execute a high degree of diligence dealing with client’s employees’ sensitive data during the course of regular operations tasks. 12- Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for the tasks assigned and handled within the team. Show a proactive and diligent approach to owning and managing these tasks, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
