• Job Details:- Study all the tender documents. - Participates in the preparation of the technical proposals . - Study and prepare a price analysis for bill of quantities in preparation to enter bids. - Perform materials submitting. - Contact and coordinate with vendors to receive their offers that match project specifications. - Reviewing sub-contractors’ shop drawings and coordinates their approval process with the project consultant. - Prepare & review quantity surveying for the entire project. - Prepare & review the shop drawings and follow up drawings adjustments. - Attend technical and progress meeting with clients and consultants. - Perform site visits to check on project progress . - Coordinate between consultants, external agencies, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
