• Job Details:Prepare comprehensive technical offers and commercial quotations for contractors across various scopes including plumbing, fire fighting, and HVAC systems. Study and prepare RFIs for any missing, unclear, or conflicting technical issues, and follow up to ensure resolution. Develop complete technical submittals with detailed product data for consultant approval and ensure compliance with project specifications. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to clarify technical misunderstandings and resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings. Finalize technical queries with vendors, implement their feedback, and ensure all requirements are met. Conduct stock inventory audits, manage material requests, ensure continuous availability of required products.
