- Job Details:Job description: • Recruitment: Responsible of requirements of recruitment from all departments and collecting it every month to start recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, following up on accepted candidates and making batches from accepted to enter technical training, making second following up on the accepted trainees, give them job offer and send them to sign contracts after reviewing their legal documents. • Manpower: Editing Manpower plan and keep it updated every week and make final report every month, with turnover calculation and exit interview reasons • Attendance and following up: Extracting attendance report for KOM (field team) from system and make deductions for employees who broke the rules according to Our attendance internal regulations. • Investigations: Making investigations to the employees who broke the rules on daily, weekly or monthly tasks. • Regulations, Announcements and Guides: Making announcement of new regulations, create the regulations and policies after reviewing with managers and publish it for all employees. • Salary calculation: Responsible of salary calculation every month with its details. actual attendance, KPIs rate, allowances, commission and bonuses, penalty ⁃Also responsible for cash salaries and delivering it to new hired. • Motivation plan: Monthly task and it depends on the occasion (Christmas, Mother׳s Day, Ramadan, promotions) • There is a monthly basic part after salaries (employee of the month) and top achievers from every department. Organizing birthdays for employees. • Organizing team building. • Following sale out: Following daily sales report and final sale out every month to evaluate the manpower and their performance.
