• Job Details:Prepare, Revise, Oversee and Monitorshop drawings,technical submittals (RFI-RFP-MAR-MIR-QS-IR-MOSNCR-…), mechanical calculation, quantity survey sheets, material requests, client and subcontractor’s invoices, claims, variation orders for all systems (HVAC, FF, INFRA and PL) and ensure that all drawings, documentation, and records being utilized undergo thorough review and approval by the consultant. ● Lead, mentor and manage the technical office team, including engineers, draftsmen, and other technical staff. ● Lead the technical office team in the coordination and integration of all systems with other construction disciplines and Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues. ● Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team performance aligns with project goals. ● Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities. ● Attend project meetings and provide updates on MEC-related issues, serve as the primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders regarding any technical matters. ● Prepare, Revise and Monitor purchase orders to ensure construction meet with project time plan. ● Ensure that all technical submittals comply with project specs and Egyptian code. ● Development, modify & finalize Plumbing/Firefighting/HVAC/Infrastructure as built drawings. ● Managing & monitoring site work progress, installations procedures & priorities, company workforce to enhance the quality & quantity of work during the execution.

Team leader Mechanical Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for, building, installing and maintaining all kinds of mechanical work, tool and materials. ● Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals (RFI-RFP-Inc). ● Prepare Mechanical calculation for mechanical systems (HVAC, FF, and PL). ● Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & put estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure lowest prices. ● Achieve the success factor percentage by putting the best prices and suggest methods to improve the percentage from a technical perspective. ● Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. ● Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction and proper solve. ● Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.

Mechanical Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals (RFI-RFP-Inc). • Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project. • Coordinate between different infrastructure systems. • Prepare Mechanical calculation for mechanical systems (IRRI, FF, and PL). • Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during project and proper solve.
