• Job Details:Dealing with medical insurance systems, communication with insurance policies. Communicate with doctors, patients and insurance companies to resolve coverage issues. Verify insurance approvals and ensure compliance with insurance policies. Maintain accurate patient and insurance records. Ensure proper dosage, instructions and counseling are being provided to patients. Share knowledge and assist in training new staff members. Assist in inventory management and handling insured medications.
