Manuscript AnalyticsFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for searching for references on our Data Analytic System (DAS) and Manuscript Tracking System (MTS) to suggest potential editors and reviewers. • Receive manuscripts from the Manuscript Tracking System (MTS) in order to get them reviewed and edited before publishing • Download the XML file, and search by the organization tools for authors’ ID, affiliations ID, and domains to fill in the authors’ data • Upload the XML file to reviewers and editors finder organization tools to generate lists of suggested editors and reviewers • Search for the references’ Electronic IDs (EIDs) on the organization’s reference program • Contact the In-house Screening Specialists and/or Editorial Assistants in case of any corruption or challenge found regarding the author’s IDs to clear any disputes

Editorial Markup (Technical Compositor) Full Time

• Job Details:• Receive the original manuscript from the Content Production System (CPS) to start its processing • Receive the XML files from different teams then convert the manuscript format from MS Word to PDF format to be in the publication format • Revise the converted manuscript and compare it with the original one in the word format to guarantee the consistency and assure that the converted file is formatted according to the companys style • Send the manuscript to the Proofreading, Copy Editing, Graphics and the Markup Tables teams to add their corrections on the manuscript
