• Overseeing the receivable parts i.e. ensuring the collection from market as per the credit policy. Avoiding overdue conditions. Assigning regular collection plan & monitoring on weekly basis. Handling of Monthly MIS reports on different products viz. Sales, Receivable, as well as other statements for analysis of the profitability position. Maintaining the ISL of stocks upto 90days. Effectively implementing and monitoring the secondary sales programmes in designated areas & demo stock availability at the dealer level to avoid the delay in demo at site.
• Monitoring the after sales service part on a micro level. Providing onsite service facility & stand-by units in terms of delay in service to maintain the brand loyalty in market. Co-ordinate closely with customer and Service department to ensure the closure of service call on time.
• Maintaining the Spare parts ISL upto mark to avoid any delay in service. Stand by units availability to customers to avoid delay in work.
• Monitoring the daily sales call reports of the SE’s, DSR’s & evaluating the regular correction where required.
• Conceptualizing go-to-market strategy for the emerging markets
• Creating brand awareness of Hitachi, w.r.t. MEP & CAC Divisions and also a partner of choice for engineering services to clientele like EPC contractors, owners, operators and engineering houses
• Accountable for understanding client organization behavior and setting-up price, discounts, quality and services to demonstrate the value to client
• Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs as part of brand building activity; Enhancing market penetration/coverage, Dealer Development, promotions like road shows, dealer meet, end-user meets, exhibitions, launching new product range, etc. Working on the ATL & BTL activities for brand promotion.
