• Job Details: Handling Technical issue, helping the costumers to enjoy a stable and good quality internet service (Physical and Logical Issue).  Installing software.  Installing hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, systems, and software for networks).  Troubleshooting with clients and helping them to fix the network problem within call or after call.  Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection.  Fixing network faults.  Network maintenance.  Technical support for people using the network.  Training staff on new systems.  Day to day administration and monitoring of network use.  Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems.  Installing, configuring, and maintaining network services, equipment and devices.  Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials.
