1. Visa Coordinator.
a. Process the visa (VAD) for hire worker by the client/company.
b. Coordination of Visa processing for overseas clients.
c. Handover the Visa to PRO for checking in the Immigration.
d. Prepare the CNIA (Critical Infrastructure Authority) security pass request once the worker is clear in immigration. This can be done for oil and gas workers.
e. Prepare the medical request for the new hired workers.
f . File Costing-Assist with General Operations, and General offices duties.
g. Act as a middleman between our client and our colleagues overseas.
